Hey, I’m Nanaki J. Chadha
I’m a sport and performance psychologist committed to enhancing athletes’ psychological readiness and competitive performance through tailored mental skills training. My philosophy emphasises evidence-based psychological frameworks, resilience building, and structured mental conditioning to help performers thrive under pressure. I work with athletes across backgrounds and ability levels to strengthen confidence, emotional regulation, and focus. The transformation I help create is empowering individuals and teams to convert psychological strength into consistent performance outcomes.
