Saurabh Kaushik’s journey began with a deep interest in leadership, human behaviour, and business performance, which shaped his path into coaching and advisory work. After gaining experience in leadership development and consulting, he founded Peopleist India to deliver high-impact business and life coaching. Over time, he became known for working privately with business owners and senior leaders at pivotal stages of growth and transition.
